They are equipped with speaker terminals on both sides of the speaker. Most speakers are either 4ohm or 8ohm impedance.With a DVC you can lower the impedance level and double the power. Meaning one DVC speaker in the right enclosure can sound like two or two can sound like 4 . DVC sub gives you stereo bass, whereas SVC would be mono.
